Foott, Law & Co. Solicitors is a boutique legal firm located in the iconic town of Grafton in the Clarence Valley. Established in 1868, we have remained operating at the same premises in Victoria Street ever since.

We are one of New South Wales' oldest legal firms and have the distinction of being listed on the Law Society's Centenary Register — a recognition that reflects our unwavering commitment to the community we serve.

Our approach is simple: we believe legal advice should be practical, clear, and free of jargon. When you come to us, you're not just a case number — you're a neighbour, a friend, part of the community we've served for over 155 years.

Our History

1868

Foott, Law & Co. established at 56 Victoria Street, Grafton — where we remain to this day.

Centenary

Listed on the Law Society of NSW Centenary Register for over 100 years of continuous legal service.

Today

Continuing to serve the Clarence Valley with the same dedication, now led by Solicitor Joe Fahey and a team with over 100 years of combined legal experience.
